Refractory Ceramic Fibre
The ceramic fiber folding module has the excellent characteristics of ceramic fiber. The fiber module is always in the expansion state to compensate for thermal shrinkage, so that the overall sealing of the furnace body is high; it has the ability to resist thermal shock; the lining does not need to be dried and maintained, and can be put into operation immediately after installation. Use; the anchoring system is kept away from the hot surface of the furnace, so that the metal anchors are at a relatively low safe temperature.
Ceramic fiber folding module use the enhanced H-type anchors, which have greater strength, closer to the cold face. It can make sure the strength in high temperature. The fixed link was welding together with the high quality heat-resistance steel and stamping butterfly plate. The two round fixed link were embedded in the module system, enlarged the bearing area and ensured the firm of anchor system.

Recommended using temperature: In oxidizing or neutral atmosphere, 100 ~250℃ lower than the maximum service temperature, In reductive atmosphere, 200 ~350℃ lower than the maximum service temperature. |
