Solution for thermal insulation materials for tempered glass furnace

Ceramic fiber boards are widely used in tempered glass furnace equipment, mainly for narrow furnace body insulation.

By using 50mm thick fiber boards for lining, excellent insulation effects can be achieved. In particular, we have developed high-alumina magnetized boards to address the problem of slagging on the upper furnace roof fiber board at high temperatures.

By coating the surface of the fiber board with ultrafine high-temperature resistant powder material, we can achieve a non-dusting and non-slagging effect. For sealing and insulation of ceramic roller tracks on both sides of the furnace body, we have developed roller track insulation bricks.

After 14 years of development, we have become an important member of tempered glass furnace equipment.
